Please make spa treatment appointments at least one day in advance. If you are unable to do so, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule.
To enjoy your Spa experience to the fullest, we recommend you arrive at Spa Reception 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
You may order light refreshments and beverages in your private jalapa. Please let us know in advance, if possible.
50% charge if cancelled 6 hours or less before scheduled treatment.
Arriving late may limit the time of the treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness.
The treatment will end on time to avoid any delay on the following appointment.
The full price of your treatment will be charged.
